Dharma Night at the Mentorgarden
Upon his return to the Mentorgarten Wali Ali was inspired to re-institute these evening classes. We are happy to offer recordings of the programs as MP3 downloads. The class is offered at no charge, with a basket available for donations. These funds are in turn given to those in the larger community who are in need. Please consider offering something on your own, even to a person you might see on the street. Check back each month for new classes.
Dharma Night was originally offered by Murshid Sam. He gave teachings and practices from the Dharmic traditions: the Hindu and Buddhist paths.
Some Dharma Night Classes include supplementary videos. These are indicated with an asterisk (*) beside the date, below.

| These three series of classes offer some fruits from the WAZIFA PROJECT - a forum where, for several years, Faisal Muqaddam, Pir Shabda, Imam Bilal and Murshid Wali Ali have met in rich dialog, unfolding the mystical and psychological properties of the Divine Attributes of the Nature of God in manifestation. These meetings were recorded and the transcriptions provided much of the basis for the book Physicians of the Heart.

Murshid Wali Ali offered a series of Gatha classes at Khankah SAM, which we provide here as a service to all mureeds and sincere students of Pir-O-Murshid Hazrat Inayat Khan and Murshid Samuel L. Lewis. The classes are offered in the traditional format, with Wali Ali reading from a selected gatha paper from the works of Pir-o-Murshid Hazrat Inayat Khan, with commentaries by Murshid Samuel Lewis, and gracing us with his own reflections. | A class may offer one or more "zip" files, that contain mp3 audio tracks from the associated class, and/or pdf files for any related documents. Most current web browsers will allow you to download any of the zip files by just clicking on the file name and selecting "save." You may be able to right-click on the name and select the appropriate response for your browser. Save the zip file to the location of your choice on your computer. |
| Most operating systems will "unzip" (decompress) the files automatically when you open them and copy and paste the contents somewhere outside of the zip file. Or, you may again "right click" (or left click if you are using a left-handed mouse!) on the downloaded .zip file name, and select the option for expanding or "extracting" the files. Murshid Wali Ali continued his presentation of the teachings of Pir-O-Murshid Hazrat Inayat Khan, with commentary by Murshid Samuel Lewis, with these Githa lesson classes held at the Mentorgarden from September, 2010 to November, 2011. As with the Gatha series, the lessons are accompanied by spiritual practices and additional enlightening commentary from Murshid Wali Ali. Recordings of the classes are provided here free of charge as a service to any mureed of the Inayati lineages. Upon registration, a password will be provided that will allow access to the down-loadable audio files and related text file handouts.
