The Board of Trustees was established by the Sufi Ruhaniat International to serve the living stream that flows from the life and teachings of Murshid Samuel L. Lewis (Sufi Ahmed Murad Chisti). The Board is responsible for the development, accomplishment, and safeguarding of the Ruhaniat’s programs, projects, and fiscal health, with guidance from the Murshids' Circle.

Board of Trustees members are: Pir Shabda Kahn (President), Jilani Prescott (Meeting Facilitator), Aliye Gallagher, Baqia Diana Lyon, Jon Maitreya Stevens, Parzival Padberg, Rahimah Sweeney, Rashida Cullumber (Treasurer), Tajali Tolan, Yasmin Spiegel.

Staff members supporting the Board are: Sarah McCulloch (Recording Secretary) and Basira Beardsworth (Secretary).
