A Prayer for Peace: Where Eastern Wisdom Meets Western Mysticism (Zen & Sufism)

We are delighted to announce that we will be welcoming Pir Shabda Kahn to Japan. Traveling from San Francisco, he is the spiritual leader of the worldwide DUP and Sufi Ruhaniat lineages.

​This historical gathering will be held at Daiyuzan Saijoji , a Zen temple with over 600 years of rich history. We are deeply honored to hold our camp within the sacred framework of "Sanro" (temple lodging/ascetic training). We will have the opportunity to participate the temple's morning Zazen (seated meditation) and traditional prayer practices, and of course the rest of our time will be fully dedicated to DUP immersion and learning.

Let us come together to experience the deep, shared world of Zen and Sufism—the roots of DUP. We wholeheartedly look forward to sharing this beautiful, historic moment with you all!
