Back to OrganizationThe Board of Trustees was established by the Sufi Ruhaniat International to serve the living stream that flows from the life and teachings of Murshid Samuel L. Lewis (Sufi Ahmed Murad Chisti). The Board is responsible for the development, accomplishment, and safeguarding of the Ruhaniat’s programs, projects, and fiscal health, with guidance from the Murshids' Circle.
Board of Trustees members are: Pir Shabda Kahn (President), Jilani Prescott (Meeting Facilitator), Abraham Sussman, Aliye Gallagher, Arjun Jorge Calero, Diana Lyon, Maitreya Jon Stevens, Rahimah Sweeney, Rashida Diane Cullumber, Tajali Tolan.
Staff members supporting the Board are: Farrunnissa Rosa (Recording Secretary), Waduda Welsh (Treasurer), and Basira Beardsworth (Secretary).
